Midfielder Rachel Phillpotts comes back to DCFC for her second campaign in Rouge and Gold. The Linden, Michigan, native completed her collegiate career this past fall with the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, earning conference Defensive Player of the Year honors as well as being named to the United Soccer Coaches All-North Region First Team. Phillpotts notched a career-high 16 points this fall, scoring six goals and recording four assists. She was named to the conference all-league first team three-straight seasons.
