Recreational-based and beginner soccer program for kids to practice technical skills with Detroit City FC youth program coaches at a weekly practice and be introduced to competition in a safe environment with scrimmages on Saturdays.
WHAT: 8 Practices & 8 Scrimmages. The scrimmage teams will be randomly assigned on Saturdays allowing our coaching staff to manage a safe and developmental environment for kids to learn more about the game.
WHO: Boys and Girls (Birth years 2013-2019).
WHEN: September 5 – October 26th (Thursdays & Saturdays)
WHERE: Detroit City Fieldhouse (3401 E. Lafayette St. Detroit, MI 48207)
FORMAT/TEAMS: 2017-2019 (4v4), 2015-2016 (7v7), 2013-2014 (9v9)
PRACTICES: Thursday evenings (4:30-7:00pm, exact times TBD)
SCRIMMAGES: Saturday afternoons (1:00-4:00pm, exact times TBD)
