Brett Levis joins the club in the middle of his first season in the USL Championship, signing for FC Tulsa following a three-year stint with Valour FC of the Canadian Premier League. Levis, a native of Canada, began his career as part of the Vancouver Whitecaps system where he would eventually make appearances for the first team in Major League Soccer.
