Detroit City Football Club is proud to announce its 2019 title partnership with one of Detroit’s most iconic brands, Stroh’s Beer.
As part of the partnership, the Stroh’s logo will appear on the front of all jerseys worn by Detroit City FC players in 2019.
The title partnership coincides with Stroh’s goal to return to its roots and reconnect with Detroiters. Stroh’s has worked with a local artist to bring new life to the packaging, making its way into the market this summer.
Established in Detroit in 1850 and synonymous with the city, Stroh’s has been an official beer of Detroit City FC since 2016. DCFC is thrilled to grow its partnership with a like-minded organization that shares similar values of quality and accessibility.
“It means a lot to our organization to have an iconic Detroit brand like Stroh’s on the front of our jerseys for our biggest year yet,“ said Sean Mann, Detroit City FC Co-Owner.
“As we work to bring Stroh’s back into the community it calls home, a partnership with DCFC made perfect sense. Their dedication to supporting the city and positively impacting our community is second to none,” said Rachel Keeton, Associate Brand Manager for Stroh’s.
New this season, fans aged 21+ will be able to enjoy Stroh’s products at the Stroh’s Bar at Keyworth Stadium.
2019 Detroit City FC jerseys will go on sale at detcityfcstore.com in the coming weeks.
City’s home opener at Keyworth Stadium is Sunday, May 19 at 5 PM. Tickets are $12 online and $15 at the gate on matchday. Secure your spot ahead of time now.
