The tradition continues.
For the fifth year in a row, Detroit City FC and its supporters will be marching in Corktown’s annual St. Patrick’s Parade! Join the fun on Sunday, March 12 at 12:30 p.m. as we warm up our vocal chords and bring out the drums to show Detroit what City faithful are all about.
Alcohol and swears are not permitted while marching. Marchers are not allowed to pass out candy, beads or trinkets to the crowd.
Updated parade details: DCFC is in the parade’s first division. Assembly is at 11 a.m. and will take place on Sixth Street, south of Michigan Ave. The lot for parade parking is accessible via Howard Street, between Sixth Street and Brooklyn Street: http://bit.ly/2meTjL5.
Reminder: Absolutely no drinking during the march – alcohol or otherwise.
Also, per parade rules, no smoke bombs are allowed during this year’s march.
