The start of the 2021 season is fast approaching, and we are brimming with excitement. It has been a year and a half since we were able to play in front of our supporters at Keyworth, and we appreciate your patience while we navigated how to do that safely. With updated orders from the governor's office, we have a plan in place and will be releasing our season tickets for sale over the next 10 days.
In order to fulfill our obligations and honor our supporters who bought into the future success of the club, we will be making the tickets available incrementally. Each group will continue to have access while new groups are added in, so tickets are likely to go quickly.
First, on Monday, March 29th, any owner who invested at a level that earned them a season ticket will receive a code for the ticket(s) owed. At the same time, any 2020 season ticket holder that is owed a credit will receive a code to redeem their 2021 season pass. This group includes everyone who explicitly requested a credit, as well as anyone who made no specific request for how to handle their previous year's pass.
Second, on Thursday, April 1st, any owner who converted their previous season ticket into a share will gain access to secure their spot in the stands. We are endlessly appreciative of those of you who went through this process to support the club while we couldn't host fans, and want to make sure you can be there in person with us, too.
Third, on Friday, April 2nd, all remaining owners will gain access to purchase their season ticket.
Finally, on Monday, April 5th, we will open up season ticket sales to the entire galaxy of supporters.
In accordance with the latest health and safety guidance, there will be some important and significant updates to the Keyworth experience. Please be aware of these changes before purchasing, and before attending an upcoming match.
- Keyworth will have assigned seating. In order to ensure proper and safe social distancing, the bench seating throughout the stadium will be assigned. The standing supporter section will remain general admission, but distancing will be enforced.
- Each section of the stadium will be assigned a specific gate to enter & exit, as well as staggered arrival times relative to kickoff. This is done to prevent bottlenecking at any particular gate, and to limit public interactions. There will also be safe exit instructions shared over the PA as the match nears its end.
- Ticket purchases will be limited to no more than 6 seats together in one pod. Comingling with other pods will be discouraged. Note: if you have a code or multiple codes, be prepared to make your total purchase of up to 6 tickets in one transaction to ensure adjacent seats.
- For proper contact tracing, each ticket will require a unique name and phone number entered during the purchase process. This information will not be shared, and our guests will only receive a call if mandated by safety protocol.
- All entrants will be required to wear a mask that fully covers their nose and mouth. Even with a valid ticket, if you are not wearing a mask, you will not be granted entry. No exceptions.
Thank you for your support and compliance with safe practices. We must work together to ensure the safety of our community, not only for the health of our neighbors, but in order to continue to gather together for our matches.
