Detroit City Football Club (DCFC) today announced a new partnership with Sam Bernstein Law. The multi-year agreement, exclusively brokered by Sports Revenue Advisors, names the Detroit-based firm as the club’s Exclusive Legal Partner.
As part of the partnership, Sam Bernstein Law will hold naming rights to the parking garage at AlumniFi Field, Detroit City FC’s new 15,000-seat stadium scheduled to open in 2028. The facility will be known as the Call Sam Garage.
The partnership brings together two organizations with deep ties to Detroit and a shared commitment to serving the people and communities that make the city strong. As DCFC continues to build its permanent home on the former Southwest Detroit Hospital site, the Call Sam Garage will provide a prominent and practical point of arrival for supporters, visitors and event guests at AlumniFi Field.
“Detroit City FC has always been about more than what happens on the field. It is about creating experiences that reflect our city, welcome our supporters and strengthen the neighborhoods around us,” said Sean Mann, Co-Founder and CEO of Detroit City FC. “Sam Bernstein Law has built a longstanding connection with Detroiters and families across Michigan, making them an ideal partner as we continue bringing AlumniFi Field to life. We are proud to welcome them as our Exclusive Legal Partner and look forward to seeing the Call Sam Garage become part of the matchday experience for years to come.”
The Call Sam Garage will serve supporters attending Detroit City FC matches as well as concerts, community events, and other sports and entertainment programming hosted at AlumniFi Field. The garage naming-rights partnership will connect one of Michigan’s most recognizable legal brands with a new community-focused destination in Southwest Detroit.
“The passion and loyalty of DCFC fans represent the best of Michigan coming together to support a home team,” said Mark Bernstein, Sam Bernstein Law’s Co-CEO. “Sports is a part of the fabric of our state, and a big part of our firm’s family culture, as we are here to serve when members of this community need our help.”
Sam Bernstein Law will receive integrated branding and activation opportunities across Detroit City FC platforms and at AlumniFi Field. The partnership will also create opportunities for the club and firm to collaborate on community-centered initiatives in the years ahead.
AlumniFi Field represents a major step forward for Detroit City FC as the club expands its footprint in the city and across professional soccer. The privately funded, soccer-specific stadium will anchor a broader development designed to benefit surrounding neighborhoods and create a year-round destination for sports, entertainment and community activities.
Additional details regarding the Call Sam Garage, parking operations and matchday access at AlumniFi Field will be announced closer to the stadium’s opening. For more information, visit AlumniFiField.com.
