Detroit City FC today released 2020 season tickets to the general public at tickets.https://www.detcityfc.com.
The 2020 season marks Detroit City FC’s first year as a professional team and the launch of the Detroit City FC women’s team. After eight seasons in the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL), Detroit City FC will compete in the National Independent Soccer Association (NISA), the third division of American professional soccer.
The Detroit City FC women’s team, which will compete in United Women’s Soccer (UWS) will play from May-July 2020.
Because of DCFC’s commitment to being the most accessible sporting event in the city, the club will not be raising the cost of its season tickets for its first professional season, and every season ticket package will grant entry to all NISA regular season men’s home matches, all UWS regular season women’s matches, as well as all friendly matches.
DCFC is introducing its first payment plan option for season ticket holders. Instead of taking deposits like in past seasons, you will have the option to pay your season ticket off over a five-month period of installments or paying for the entire season ticket upfront.
Season ticket prices remain the same as 2019 if purchased before November 1: $120 for the City Card season ticket package and $250 for the premium Gold Card season ticket package.
New this season, Detroit City FC is introducing a Youth season ticket for fans aged 6-18. A Youth City Card season ticket is $55, and a Youth Gold Card is $100.
The Gold Card season ticket is a premium ticket option which grants entry to every 2020 home match and event at Keyworth Stadium (including playoff matches and international friendly matches), premium midfield seating, priority entry to the stadium, as well as full-season parking at Veterans Park and a 2020 DCFC scarf. Fans who purchase a Gold Card will receive a 2020 scarf when it becomes available.
Fans also have the option of purchasing the City Card, which grants general admission access to all of Detroit City FC’s men’s and women’s regular season home matches and all friendlies. The City Card, which does not grant entry to home playoff matches, starts at just $120. Fans who purchase a City Card will be sent information on the opportunity to purchase a discounted scarf when the 2020 scarf becomes available.
Fans have the option of purchasing City and Gold card season tickets in digital format or the physical card. Fans who opt for the digital version will save $5.
All Gold and City season ticket holders will get 10% off all purchases at the City Clubhouse inside the Detroit City Fieldhouse for the balance of the season.
For fans unable to commit to an entire season, Detroit City is offering a flexible Mini Plan that grants entry to your choice of 4 regular season men’s or women’s home matches (excludes playoffs and friendlies). More information will be available upon the release of our 2020 schedules.
Detroit City FC will be offering discounted season ticket packages for its youth affiliates and Hamtramck residents. Information for the Hamtramck resident season ticket discount will be mailed to residents in the coming weeks, and youth affiliates will receive information in the coming weeks from their respective clubs.
Single match tickets for 2020 will be released in the coming months. DCFC is decreasing its single match ticket price for the upcoming season, with general admission single match tickets for men’s and women’s home matches costing $10 online and at the gate.
