Detroit City FC’s schedule for its 2019 National Premier Soccer League regular season is here.
Detroit’s eighth NPSL regular season will begin on the road against the relocated Michigan Stars on Sunday, May 12 before its league home opener on Sunday, May 19 at 5 PM against Kalamazoo FC.
City’s regular season NPSL schedule features seven home matches and seven away matches from May until July. In addition to its seven NPSL regular season home matches, DCFC will host five inaugural NPSL Founders Cup matches and four exhibition matches.
The 2019 Founders Cup schedule and details on City’s exhibition matches will be announced at a later date.
Joining DCFC in the 2019 NPSL Great Lakes Conference is AFC Ann Arbor, FC Columbus, FC Indiana, Grand Rapids FC, Kalamazoo FC, Michigan Stars and expansion side Toledo Villa.
Le Rouge will kick off its 2019 preseason when it travels to face Chattanooga FC on Saturday, April 6 at 7:30 PM.

2019 SEASON TICKET INFORMATION
2019 is poised to be the most exciting year yet for Detroit City FC with a longer season, higher profile competition and the launch of the Founders Cup with a professional roster. While growing the club and reaching new heights, the club is committed to bringing the best matchday environment at the most affordable prices in Detroit sports.
Season tickets will go on sale to the public on Thursday, February 14 at 10 AM ET at detcityfcstore.com. If you are a 2019 deposit holder, you will receive an email with information on your season ticket priority access.
Similar to 2018, DCFC will offer tiered season ticket package options for supporters. Gold Card and City Card season tickets grant entry to all 2019 NPSL regular season home matches from May-July, as well as all 2019 NPSL Founders Cup matches from August-November, and additional friendlies.
The 2019 NPSL schedule includes seven home matches, with five Founders Cup matches and four friendlies rolled out over the coming weeks. With the NPSL regular season, and Founders Cup and exhibition matches, the 2019 season will feature 16 home matches at Keyworth Stadium.
In addition to its City Card and Gold Card season ticket options, DCFC will offer an 8-game mini plan option this season.
The Gold Card season ticket is a premium ticket option which grants entry to every 2019 home match and event at Keyworth Stadium (including playoff matches and international friendly matches), premium midfield seating, priority entry to the stadium, as well as full-season parking at Veterans Park and a 2019 DCFC scarf.
New this season, Gold Card holders will have exclusive access to a monthly “chalk talk” at Detroit City Fieldhouse with DCFC head coach Trevor James.
The Gold Card season ticket is $250.
Supporters also have the option of purchasing the City Card, which grants general admission access to all Detroit City FC home matches, including all regular season NPSL home matches, Founders Cup matches and friendlies.
The City Card, which does not grant entry to home playoff matches, is just $120 or $135 when purchased with the 2019 City scarf.
New this year, all Gold and City season ticket holders will get 10% off all food and drink purchases at the City Clubhouse inside Detroit City Fieldhouse for the duration of the season.
Detroit City is also introducing a flexible and affordable 8-game season ticket that grants entry to your choice of a total of 8 regular season home matches (excludes playoffs and friendlies) for just $80.
Information on 2019 friendlies will be released at a later date.
