Detroit City FC is excited to announce the hiring of Sean Spence as Restaurant Manager of the new Detroit City Clubhouse.
The Clubhouse is located inside Detroit City Fieldhouse – DCFC’s newly renovated 75,000 square foot indoor facility at 3401 E Lafayette St – and will serve as a restaurant and bar and community gathering space. The Clubhouse will feature a custom food and alcohol menu, as well as a wide array of TVs for patrons to meet and watch their favorite non-DCFC clubs.
The Fieldhouse and Clubhouse will open October 1.
Sean Spence is proud to bring both a fervent belief in Detroit City FC and more than 15 years hospitality experience to the new Clubhouse.
“I view this as an opportunity to build something uniquely City,” Spence said. “In the Clubhouse, we hope to bring the joy of football together with the joy created by delicious food, as well as serving for a literal clubhouse for Detroit City supporters.”
“Sean Spence truly embodies the club ethos of Detroit City FC,” stated DCFC CEO Sean Mann, “and his experience in the hospitality industry will be valuable to us a we build out not only a gathering space for DCFC’s loyal supporters, but an irreverent sports bar for all Detroiters.”
