Detroit City FC today announced single match tickets for all 11 of its 2017 home matches are now on-sale to the general public.
Single match tickets are available for DCFC’s home matches at Keyworth Stadium, including seven National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) Great Lakes Division matches, and four friendly matches.
Tickets for most home matches are $10 and can be purchased at tickets.https://www.detcityfc.com.
Single match tickets for DCFC’s highly anticipated international match against Glentoran FC of Belfast, Northern Ireland, went on sale in February. The Detroit Cougars 50th Anniversary Match on Saturday, May 27, will honor Detroit’s first professional soccer team – the 1967 Detroit Cougars – who were represented by Glentoran.
Tickets for the special match, which is part of the DCFC International Series presented by Strategic Staffing Solutions, are $15 online now. Tickets will be $20 online and at the gate on matchday.
Le Rouge will open its second year at historic Keyworth Stadium in Hamtramck, Mich., with a preseason match against Dayton Dynamo on Saturday, May 6 at 7:30 PM ET.
Last year, City’s home opener on May 20, 2016 saw 7,410 supporters pack Keyworth Stadium – a regular season attendance record for both DCFC and the NPSL.
DCFC will open its 2017 NPSL season at home against Milwaukee Torrent on Friday, May 12 at 7:30 PM.
Supporters are encouraged to purchase single match tickets early, especially for the team’s most anticipated matches.
Along with general admission tickets, Le Rouge offers premium single match ticket options. Tickets for Gold Card seating, located at midfield, can be purchased for $15. VIP tickets, which offer supporters on-field seating, food and drinks, are $50.
Admission is free for children aged five and under.
To save even more on DCFC match tickets, season ticket packages offer the best deal for supporters. The City Card season ticket package starts at just $70 and guarantees entry to at least 10 City matches, including all regular season NPSL home matches and select friendlies, not including the Glentoran match. DCFC will unveil its 2017 jerseys and sponsor lineup at its third annual Soccer Prom hosted at Small’s Bar in Hamtramck on Thursday, April 27. The party starts at 6:30 PM and more information can be found here.
About the NPSL Great Lakes Division
Detroit returns to the NPSL Midwest Region, which in 2017 will be comprised of three conferences: North, Great Lakes and East.
Detroit City FC is joined in the Great Lakes conference by returning teams Lansing United, Michigan Stars FC, Kalamazoo FC, AFC Ann Arbor and Grand Rapids FC.
Expansion team Milwaukee Torrent and FC Indiana (formerly of the 2016 Great Lakes East conference) round-out the 8-team conference. FC Indiana plays its matches in Lafayette, IN.
The 2017 Great Lakes regular season will feature a balanced schedule with home-and-away fixtures between the eight teams.
