The Playfair Lot Will Not Be Available in 2025
Due to circumstances outside of our control, we are unable to offer parking in the Playfair Lot in 2025.
New Offering: Missant North
To keep up with the high demand for parking, we are happy to announce that we have added the new Missant North Lot to our available options! Located north of the Zbox building off Conant St, the Missant North Lot is approximately a 7-minute walk to Gate 3 at Keyworth Stadium.
New Name: Missant South
To distinguish itself from the new Missant North Lot, the previously named Missant Lot is now called Missant South. Nothing else has changed about this lot other than the name. It is still located south of the Zbox building off Conant St, and is approximately an 11-minute walk to Gate 3 at Keyworth Stadium.
Local/Neighborhood Parking
Residential Street Parking
Residential parking is available on select streets surrounding Keyworth. Parking is NOT permissible on Goodson Street, Roosevelt Street and Gallagher Street south of Jacob Street, as these streets are reserved for residents.
Fowling Warehouse
The Fowling Warehouse (3901 Christopher St) parking lot is a paid lot that is accessible via Christopher Street. Parking is NOT permitted off of Christopher Street. Cars will be towed and ticketed if parked. Tailgating is not permitted outside.

Randolph Streetscape Project
- Closures:
- No street parking will be available on Randolph from Jefferson to Gratiot from April – September
- Median lane closures from Jefferson to Monroe
- Southbound side lane closures from Monroe to Gratiot
- Reminders:
- One lane of traffic will be maintained in each direction from Jefferson to Gratiot through the remainder of the project (November)
- Through traffic will be maintained at all intersections
- Sidewalk impacts will be limited to median crosswalks, pedestrian detours will be installed to ensure that pedestrians can safely cross Randolph. Crosswalk closures next week should be limited to Jefferson and the south side of Larned
Monroe Streetscape Project
- Closures:
- Full vehicle closure of Monroe between Randolph and St. Antoine
- Full vehicle closure of Brush between Lafayette and Macomb through year end
- Full vehicle closure of Beaubien between Lafayette and Macomb beginning April 21 through year end
- Intersection closure at Monroe/St. Antoine from May 1 – June 1
- Reminders:
- St. Antoine will be converted to two-way traffic during construction
- Pedestrian access will be maintained
- On-street parking is available on Lafayette, Fort, Macomb and Beaubien
- Greektown Casino Parking accessible from I-375 and Macomb.
Broadway Lofts Project
- Closures:
- Closure of westbound Broadway between Gratiot and Grand River
- Reminders:
- Limited sidewalk access on the north side of Broadway
Second Avenue Extension Project
- Closures:
- Lane closures on westbound Jefferson
- Lane closures on southbound M-10 as you approach Larned
- Northbound M-10 W. Jefferson exit ramp closures
- Southbound M-10 Larned exit ramp will have intermittent closures
