“Detroit City FC’s Foundations program for ages 5 & 6 is the next step for players graduating from TOTS and the ideal starting point for players new to soccer or new to DCFC.
Players develop core skills by learning the five parts of the foot, gaining more independence on the ball, and engaging in small-group play. Sessions focus on confidence, coordination, and understanding how to play with others in a fun, supportive environment.
6-year-old players who are new to DCFC programming should begin in Foundations before advancing to Futures.
Sessions take place on Saturday mornings at the Detroit City Fieldhouse (3401 E. Lafayette, Detroit, MI 48207)”
